hey, i took extension 3rd time as a visitor. i got lmia im going on border in couple days, can you tell me how many chances for getting approval ?

Obviously nobody here can say if you will succeed or not as there are guidelines and you have not exactly shared much information http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=171&top=17 Given you are only 19 out of interest how has your prospective employer shown that you have the work experience that is not available from a Canadian resident with more years behind them ?

i came in canada in 2015 july then i applied for student visa and i got refusal them i extended my visa 3 times now i got opportunity of lmia from small village like my employer dont get worker from there , now i going on vancouver border . im 19 and half like im going to be 20 in june and i came here in canada when i was 18

Visitor visa to LMIA wont give you points for PR through EE. You need to work for that employer for a year and the employer needs to show that they need your services for another year.
