Visitor Visa, study and/or work permit button/option disappeared from my account!

Hi,
before, after clicking on “Apply to come to Canada” link, I had three choices and on the top of them was “Visitor Visa, study and/or work permit” button. And now I don’t see that option anymore!
the identified button in the following figure disappeared from my account! Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

Did you resolve? I am having the exact same issue
