Visitor visa stamping in CPC Ottawa from within Canada. Forget to send the photos

Dear all, A new bee here.
I am an Indian citizen on a work permit in Canada. After successful work permit extension I have initiated the work visa stamping. I have sent all the documents to CPC Ottawa by Canada Post but forget to include my photographs.
I understand there is no photo on the visa (was not on my old one) but that is a part of documents that need to send. I understand when CPC Ottawa review my application might ask for more information and but it will take more time.

Questions:

1. Should I send the photo separately without the response from CPC?
2. If yes, can I send the photographs separately?
3. If yes, how I will tie the photographs with my application since I so not have any reference number?

What you should do is submit a web form asking if you can submit the photographs now or if it's too late. Most likely, your application will be returned as incomplete and you will have to resend it with the photos.

Thanks, they sent back all my forms and passport and asking photos.
