My mom's Canada visitor visa just expired and we are applying for renewal from India. Request inputs from anyone who may have been in same situation as below
1) During the COVID time in 2020 - 21, she stayed in Canada for more than 6 months (about 13 months) due to COVID related travel restriction. We had filed for legal extension of stay and it was approved by CIC. She left the country on time well before the extension provided.
2) In the application for new visa, there is a question "List your current country or territory of residence, then add all other countries or territories where you've lived for the past five years, for more than 6 months.".
Should I add Canada as a country of residence in this section since she stayed more than 6 months during COVID?
