How did you family immigrate to Canada? Was it you aunt and uncle or your grandparents? Did your parents ever try to immigrate or study/work abroad? If your grandparents were sponsored by your aunt and uncle how long have they been in Canada? As PRs? Have they returned to visit you and your parents in the Philippines? Are your parents employed? Did the include proof of employment and proof of approved leave? How long did they request to visit? Is this birthday an especially big birthday like 65,70,75, etc.? Will they be having a party at home or somewhere else? If invitations were sent out and if you have booked a hall or catering I would include that evidence as part of the proof of the party and why of why they want to secure the TRV and attend the party. Do you have any other siblings or any other aunts and uncles other than the ones in Canada? The fact that your parents don’t have the funds to support their travels is a big problem. Have they traveled international lot before (especially to countries like the US, UK, Australia, etc.)?
