I was placed on academic probation January.
because i couldnt restart my program as it only start in Sept. and to move forward to 2nd prerequistics are required for January semester
to hold on to my study permit i was taking short courses which are expensive to keep doing. So i stopped.
Consultant told me to switch to visitor visa.because CIC must give me because my visa is valid
i was not working so my roommate who is another international student on PGWP who got a job in May included a letter for me that i can stay with him and he will take care of me until i get back to school in sept and can work.i have no money in my account
I got denied the visitor visa saying "..not satisfied you have sufficient funds...including income asset"..blah. blah
What the heck my study permit is valid until 2020 of next August..
So they should have given me the visa..Am i correct?
