Visitor visa refusal

That is what I am trying to tell you. He has no job, student, is single and no family ties. There is no sense in him reapplying and be refused for a third time. So he applies once there are major changes to his profile.
What error has been made to make to warrant a different decision?
So it's obviously not as important that he make it here for your wedding in August.
What were the reasons for the refusal the second time? Family function in Canada just shows that all his family is in Canada with no reason to return.
We got the same ODN refusal notes and same old refusal letter stating the same reason
I have reviewed the application. The applicant does not have significant family ties outside
Canada. The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay
given the details provided in the application. Weighing the factors in this application, I am not
satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.
The big issue is that both you and your father don’t even live in the same country as he does so there is valid concern he will not return home. He has more close family in other countries than at home. Many in his situation do attempt to remain in Canada which is why it has become much harder for young adults to get TRVs.
So he should start looking for a job and drop his studies ? And should we get gcms notes or not
No he finishes his studies. Getting a job is not going to change or address the reason for refusal. He is single with no family ties to return to. You are in Canada and dad lives in another country but has Canadian visa. He has stronger family ties to Canada and not his own country. He should just not apply for quite some time. For single people it is very difficult to be approved because no strong economic ties to return to, and no children/spouse as family ties.
He should finish his studies and then hopefully find a good longterm job and then reapply after having been in the job for 6-12+ months. There is no easy short term solution. He can also apply for judicial review of the refusal. It is expensive, may not change result and will take at least 1+ years for case to be heard so won’t make a difference when it comes to attending your wedding. You may want to reach out to your MP to see if they can provide any help to you. Won’t guarantee a change in the outcome of the TRV but that is your best option at this point.
