Visitor Visa Refusal

Respected Sir,

This is Pranav Patel, I was applied for Tourist Visa in 2018 and 2019 both are rejected by immi officer recently reject reason like they are not satisfy by my family tie up in home country, i was write in my cover later me and my mom leaving together and my elder brother settle down with them own family separate .so i just want know about what was a reason for refusal i am divorce that point also saw them and nothing to saw anything wrong all details given true by me and what will next step please suggest me , and what was charge if i will be apply through you...thank you

You said you are Divorced and probably doesn't have children.Your status is now same as Single which is a red flag. Even if you say you live with your Mother, technically you have no family of your own. You might not have intentions to overstay in Canada, but no one is holding you in your home country to go back as well. This is what the Visitor Officers sees.
