I was going to invite one of my friends in Jamaica to Canada and sent him invitation letter and my financial information to support him and he just wanted to trip to Canada for a week. But the visa rejected because of travel history and he visited the USA in 2009.
If he wants to apply it again, what does he need to do? And I’m Canadian permanent resident.
