See no where your permanent residency ties to UAE. Having a flat is not a residential tie. You should outline that you are a citizen or PR. Having a professional and personal life in UAE should be supported with PR and citizenship.hi, i got refusal for my visit visa due to TIES AND PURPOSE OF VISIT.
i have requested for reconsideration appeal with strong evidence to address my outside Ties and purpose of visit details below.
please review and advise-my request has accepted and assigned to another office on 15 sep after that no revert.
I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the decision to refuse my temporary resident visa application, Application Number V404141322 Date of Refusal 08-09-2025.
I have carefully reviewed the refusal letter and understand that the decision was based on a concern regarding my ties to my country of residence, the United Arab Emirates, and the purpose of my visit. I would like to provide further clarification and supporting documentation to demonstrate my strong and compelling reasons for returning to the UAE after my visit to Canada.
The primary reason for my visit is a short-term family visit with my spouse and our toddler, as a period of rest and travel. I want to assure you that my intention is to return to the UAE at the end of our authorized stay.
I have been a resident of the United Arab Emirates since 2009 and have established a stable and successful life here. My professional and personal ties are firmly rooted in the UAE, and I have significant responsibilities that compel me to return.
Professional Ties:
I have been employed in a stable and responsible position as Sales Manager at Finmart Financial Services LLC since 2nd January 2021. My role is crucial to the company's operations, and I am a valued employee. I have been granted a period of leave from 4th of October 2025 to 12th of October 2025 to undertake this trip, and I must return to resume my duties on 15th of October 2025. Please find attached a letter from my employer confirming my employment, position, and approved leave.
Family Ties:
While my spouse and our toddler will be traveling with me, my two elder children, aged 12 Years and 7 Years, will remain in the UAE. They are currently enrolled in International Jubilee Private School respectively, and it is imperative that I return to ensure their continued schooling and well-being. During my short absence, my mother-in-law Sameena Najeeb Malik has graciously agreed to care for them. Their school commitments and our family structure are my most significant and compelling reasons to return.
Financial and Residential Ties:
I am well-established financially in the UAE and have provided evidence of my financial stability through my bank statements. I also have a residence in the UAE at Flat no 104 building Number # 8 Al Nahyan Abu dhabi which is another clear indication of my long-term commitment to living in this country.
In light of the new information and documents provided, I hope you will reconsider my application. My visit to Canada is purely for tourism and family, and I have no intention of overstaying my welcome. I am confident that the information provided demonstrates my strong ties to the UAE and my commitment to returning.
What new information did you include different from original application? Reconsideration is for error in law and not knowing your citizenship then difficult to know. Reconsideration has no timelines.
