I am Permanent Resident of Canada, and I am going to reapply for my brothers Visitor Visa.
I applied when I was Temporary resident (Student) in 2019 on my convocation, and Immigration accepted my mother’s application but rejected my brother’s application (now he is 28 years old)
Giving these reasons:
Please let me know how I can justify these reasons.
Ties in Canada and India how these can be justified.

- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
Please let me know how I can justify these reasons.
