My parents came to Canada on 12th March and their stamping is valid until: 12th sep 2020.
They had applied for their visitor visa via paper and dont have ID with CIC,
How can I apply for VIsa record and what things I need to take care while submitting?
Also do they need to do finger prints as they did not do it in the first time when they got the visa in 2017.
They have already came twice to canada in 2018 and 2019 earlier.
