Hello Everyone,

This is Albert from Qatar.

I'm an Indian and I'm working here in Qatar from 2016

I applied for Canada visiting visa in last Jan 2019 for leisure purpose and my visa was refused as I don't have travel history and home ties in India/ties with my resident country.

I have submitted all the required documents as mentioned below:

I have been working with the same organisation from 2016 to till date
Previous Resident Visa copies from 2016
New resident visa copy valid until 2020
Salary certificates
Salary Slips
NOC letter from my employer
Last 06-month bank statements with savings around 7500 CAD
Previous travel history (the UK, SCHENGEN COUNTRIES) made with my family in 2003

I like to apply again for Canada visit visa. But this time I'm planning to apply from India as I have a long vacation for 60 days starting from July 20th.
So I need assistance from experts in this case:
.
1.I'm going to India from Qatar and from India I'm planning to apply for visiting visa to Canada. Can I do so? Or I have to apply before leaving Qatar at the Embassy of Canada in Qatar?
2. I have the plan to take my sister and mother with me this time! So can I apply altogether at one time?
3. How much funds I have to Show for three persons?
4. Do I need to show travel history before applying?

What are the extra documents I have to attach this time?

Kindly help me with this concern.

Thank you in advance

I don't see any problem in applying from India, since you are an Indian citizen, but there is no guarantee that your application will be processed in 60 days as some people are waiting for more than that while some have received within 2 weeks of application.
2. I have the plan to take my sister and mother with me this time! So can I apply altogether at one time?
They all have to have their own home ties (job, property in their names).
3. How much funds I have to Show for three persons?
Some say it's $1000 per week per person you intend to stay in Canada.
4. Do I need to show travel history before applying?
If you have, you have to show. Any history or refusals.

Thank you for your guidance.

My mother has properties in her name and my sister is studying school,

I don't have travel history except for Dubai.

Do I need to make travel before applying? As it was refused before because of travel history

As my visa was refused before, Do I need to provide any reply for those points or I can attach a new cover letter including my sister and mother?

If you are resident in one country, there is no provision to apply from another country of your choosing. You are asked two questions about addresses: what is your country of citizenship, and what is your country of residence. Your application is processed based on country of residence.

If you say India is country of residence and provide address history in Qatar, your application will be scrutinized and possibly rejected. You would need to physically be in India to apply from India.

Yeah, I understand. But my concern! Do they agree if I apply from India? while working in Qatar. If so ill apply from India.

If your residential address is still Qatar and you work in Qatar your file will be reviewed by the people responsible for Qatari applications.

yeah, they and all the documents were perfect and original. My only doubt, Do they refuse if I apply from India, as I'm working there and my visa was already refused in Qatar embassy of Canada. and now again I'm applying from India with my family.

You will not be refused solely based on the fact that you are applying from a different country. Your risk of refusal based on family ties, financial support, and immigration status in your country of residence and home country will remain the same.

I suggested so as he holds an Indian passport and he said he'll be in India.
