Visitor visa processing time from Egypt jumped to 437 days

My mother applied for visitor visa back in May 25 2022 and the processing times was always showing 100-110 days, so we are checking today and found processing time jumped to 437 days that's over a year to process visitor visa which doesn't sound normal, anybody have any experience or any idea why the long wait time?

It says 271 day as of 8th Sept 2022 !!

Processing times posted are often incorrect. Would not focus too much on the times posted.

I seen that now, It was 437 and now it changed to 271
