Mailed my in-laws passport on 29th and it reached Delhi and it is under processing since July 31. I haven’t received any update. How long does it take? Application was approved at the time of passport request.

I said yes on my application and it is at IRCC. Better to book in-person drop in at VFS

I receieved the passport request. I have quick ques, while submitting for 2 way courier its asking below, my MIL already gave biometrics 3 years back so should I say yes or no as she didn't gave biometric this time.

Please ensure your Biometric Status is accurately updated in the web form. Cases of incorrect / short payment would be returned back without being processed. Such cases would not be eligible for refund of fees collected.
