Is anybody has an idea about the visa application for parents?
Which one is better ? Visitor visa or super visa?
please provide your suggestion

Super visa is better because it allows a 2 year max stay per visit, unlike a 6 month max visit for a regular visitor visa.

Thank you for the reply
For first year one has to take insurance how about next year, is it compulsory for second year stay?

Any suggestion in case of insurance for parents, which one is good.

According to CIC's wording on their website, they say insurance is required for at least one year, didn't say it had to be continuous coverage, so I believe you only need insurance for the first year. However, it's strongly recommended you continue the insurance, as an unexpected event can put you in financial distress.

Hard to recommend which insurance is good, just pick one with the lowest rates and also allow coverage even with pre-existing conditions.

Thank you for your suggestion.
Yes, you are right in continuing the insurance.
Is there any minimum bank balance that they need to show which may help them to get visa ?

There's no set minimum, they should show as much as they can. You or anyone else should not be depositing money into their accounts otherwise they will refuse based on the funds not being from your parents.
