We applied visitor visa online from Africa, and Our Visa center is Kenya, I was bit confuse for online visa inquiry where we should contact.
we applied visa since one month but no update in our CIC account. I contact online inquiry with Kenya office they said your case is in process, kindly wait. Again I inquiry and got reply You can draw your passport if you are in hurry, we never submitted our passport we applied online. Make me confuse did they read and understand our inquiry or not ? they just reply in routine as usual ?
Kindly can someone guide me how and where to contact for inquiry about online Visitor visa.
