My two nephews are due to visit during the summer they hold British passports but reside in an African country as their mother works there. Their mother does not want them travelling alone so an aunt who has to get a visa has offered to bring them. I know my aunt needs to provide employment details, bank statements etc to obtain the visa, do the kids need to provide anything at all apart from copies of their passports and a letter from their mum allowing them to travel
