Visitor visa getting delayed

I had been to Vancouver in 2017. Now again I have applied for a visitor visa on Nov 02nd. Thinking that I had already given biometrics I hadn't paid Biometric fees at the time of submission. I got an update regarding my missing biometrics document on Dec 21st. Immediately I paid the fees and submitted again on the same day. But still no progress.
Please advise.

Which country? Processing can take several months.

From India. But since this is my second visit i believe it falls under Can plus.

Even under CAN+, it can take a few months. Nothing you can do but wait.

You can send a webform. But there's really no point to be honest. You'll only get a generic reply and they won't give you any sort of ETA on when you can expect a decision. This also won't speed up processing.

To be more precise after paying the biometrics fees I have not got further instructions on when and how to give the biometrics.

After submitting webform I got BIL. And after biometrics again it was delayed. I submitted webform for the 2 nd time. Now I received a request for passport submission. It took nearly 4 months.

Nothing speed up only response I get from them is....... same message all the time very tired of waiting seriously
