Visitor Visa from Philippines

Hi everyone, Can someone clear to me if it's possible to invite someone from Philippines even I'm still under Working Permit?.. I actually have permanent full time position offered by my Employer but I will apply it next month. I hope you can help me

I will get married this october, and that will be my reason to invite my sister.I will provide also all the necessary documents they need.

Just to be sure, wait for your permanent full time position or PR coz you need to submit a COE.
