Applied paper visit visa from Karachi vfs office in June 11 got the email on 12 June that your application has been forwarded to Islamabad office but sine then no updates any one know any idea what should do

I am applying for my Parent's TRV. I need one advice. one form needs details of Parent's siblings. Do i need to submit any evidence for siblings like FRC (Nadra). the problem is that NADRA records contains some incorrect information.
what should i do?
