Visitor visa for parents and siblings

Hi, i am PR holder in canada and would like to apply for TRV for my parents and siblings.
Need advise on below

My younger brother is in high school and sister in college 3rd year and dependent on my parents.
I want to know if its a good idea to apply for all of them together.

just want to make sure not to jeopardize my parents visa application.
