Yesterday I thought of submitting the application for my mother. When I finally logged in to apply on CIC website, I was so upset to notice the maintenance activity going on due to which online application submission is not possible
I will have to wait now till the website is up again for online submission

What all things could be included to prove that she will return back after visit?

Is family back in india is enough proof? Or we can add some other reasons as well? What are the strong reasons to prove her ties to her motherland?

Family ties may/may not suffice. It would depend on the evidence to prove those family ties.

For example, married children or unmarried children living in another city will not count as family ties per se, but if she takes care of young grandchildren while her married children are working then that would make it a reason to return.

Other ties: Property or land ownership, employment or business, good financial situation, pension renewal, personal commitments, etc

She is living with her husband and unmarried son. Perhaps, this reason should count.

She dnt own a property, is a housewife only.
