Hi everyone, both me and my wife are PR, I have a full time job and she is a full time student while taking care of our 1yr old son. We wanted her (my mother in law) to visit us soo she can meet her grandson for the 1st time. Can I apply for her since my wife doesn’t have a job? And anyone know hows the process?

If you're asking about a TRV, your mother in law is the one who has to apply for it. You and your wife can include a letter of invitation and cover some of the costs of her stay. However it's very strongly recommended that your mother in law show her own funds.

If you are asking about a super visa, your wife has to be the sponsor. You can co-sign. You cannot be the primary sponsor since this isn't your parent.
