I have couple other questions in mind. Does my sister need to put her quarantine plan in her application or she has to do that process after the approval? And also does she need authorization letter? If yes, does that go in the file or that also needs to be done after approval? And also she has her biometric from last time refusal, how long does it would take to process her file? Thank you
Her quarantine plan and paid mandatory quarantine are after her approval. She needs written authorization to travel and can’t board a plane without it. All the information is in the link. Processing is about 6 months.

Possibly as biometrics aren’t included in processing times. As stated in the links, due to Covid, processing is prioritized. It may take a lot less time.
