Visitor visa for Cuban

Hi I would like to start the visitor visa process for my parents in Cuba. Since the Canadian embassy in Cuba Closed last may, I am a bit lost on how to start the process. If anyone here had applied after the embassy closed in Cuba, can I get some advise on how to start and what to spect after the application is submitted. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your response. My question is once I submit the application, what would be the procedure, since the Canadian embassy in Cuba is close? Thank you!

You’ll have to apply for your parents online, and they can have their biometrics taken and submit their passports at the Embassy in Havana.
