My question is this: we would like to bring my wife's mother for a one-month visit. Does anyone have any recent experience with Cuban parent visitor visas? I suspect that given the current situation in Cuba IRCC is not keen on giving tourist visas to anyone from there. Any advice to help improve our chances would be appreciated ...
