for sure i'll do thatLook up a flight with return, start booking and take a screen shot. Show that he has cash in the bank for flight as well as his own money to support visit.
All he can do is apply. Good luck. It's a really tough situation because no body plans to loose family right. It was our fate but now the only thing i want to do is to have him here on my wedding anyhow

You don't apply. Your brother does. You can be your brothers representative. Unfortunately, the agent probably isn't wrong.Hi
Should i apply by myself or hire a representative ? Who will have better chances ?
Why is everybody saying that there is less chance. So only people who have families have the right to come. Everybody else is just useless. You don't apply. Your brother does. You can be your brothers representative. Unfortunately, the agent probably isn't wrong.
Being refused a visitor visa has nothing to do about being useless. It means the profile is not strong. Family tie is not the only reasons for refusal. Being single without a job makes it very difficult unless a person has very strong travel history to US, UK, NZ or AUS plus showing own cash n the bank and not relying on others. Other strong ties are business registration and client list, income property. Even people with spouses staying behind are refused because there only tie is family and they don't have enough cash nor travel history. Why is everybody saying that there is less chance. Single applicants with no ties to return to their country have a higher rate of being non compliant with the rules of the visa they applied for and agreed to adhere toWhy is everybody saying that there is less chance. Won't even this religious wedding have any in the application ? If i mention little details about it in the LOE ? Should i ?Being refused a visitor visa has nothing to do about being useless. To IRCC being single with no family in home country and family in Canada and little money shows less likelihood to return and over stay. You can thank all the past applicants who have done this. Come as a visitor then don't leave, try and find work, file asylum or H and C etc.
Your brother may be approved. He applies and finds out.
