Visitor visa for brother

I recently got my PR and I m here in canada from last almost 6 yrs.
My mom dad got visa last yr and Now I want to apply for my brother. He is married but i m thinking to apply for him only. He is govt employee in india 2012.

I confused what should I write in invitation letter.? Any ideas pls

First of all you need to have an invitation letter sent to him, although he still needs to make available some documentation present as well which should include his bank statements and other proof as well.
