visitor visa final decision - application withdrawn

What does this mean? Nobody asked for the withdrawal. It's a visitor visa for my mom.

I did apply for a visitor visa on the IRCC login(June 2021) and IRCC portal(Novemver 2021). Is that why they have withdrawn?

The second application may have invalidated the first, I think.
Now you need to wait a full cycle for the new application.

Did you receive this after passport request from IRCC. Because I am also seeing this update since the day passport reached IRCC Abu Dhabi Office.

I am also seeing the same withdrawal thing for my mother’s visitors visa application since 24th April 2022. If anyone has any experience about that please guid me.
