Visitor Visa - Family info, what does 'accompany you' mean?

Hi,

My wife is applying to visit Canada, I am already in.
On Family information there is a check mark about "Accompany you to canada"
How does that apply to me since I am already in Canada?

The answer is NO - so say for eg it was mother, father and if they were accompanying then you would write YES
