I am on open work permit and my minor Kids are on Visitor permits and as our permits got expired, we all applied for our permit extensions and got approved till next year. However, as our visa stamping has been expired already, we are applying for TRV stamping.. For me, the forms needed are imm5257e, imm5257b_1 & IMM5713E and there are no confusions in it. But for my minor kids, imm5708e is the only form that is needed it seems and i am stuck with the below question in it.
3)I am applying for one or more of the following:
a) Extend my status as visitor
b) Restore my status as visitor
c) Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)
What should i select here ? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
