Visitor Visa Extension Timeframe

Hello everyone!

I have been in Canada since January 1st and applied to extend my visit on May 20 for the purpose of applying to spousal sponsorship with my husband.
The website clearly says it can take 200 days for an answer.
How real is this?

Can anybody who is currently waiting for their response comment here since when have you been waiting in Canada for an answer?

Unless you get lucky, consider 200 days to be the minimum time it would take.

Hi I am applying for my husband's visitor visa extension and just wondering what I should put under " Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada ?" Will this be Yes as my husband already applied for visitor visa and got approved??

Did you mention anywhere on visitor extension that you have applied for spousal PR ?

P.S: We applied for his spousal PR too. Please guide. Thank you
