Visitor visa extension - Schedule 1?

I am in the process of preparing my visitor visa extension application. I did it back in June, but today there is an optional document for a Schedule 1 (IMM5257B).

It is titled Application for Temporary Resident Visa.

My question is I have already completed IMM5708 - Application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a visitor or a TRV. Do I have to complete both forms?

Are you already in Canada? Do you need a Visa to enter Canada? I think you're from the UK, right? So you're Visa exempt. You don't need to apply for a Visa. They have that option online because people from third world countries need to apply for a Visa as well when they apply for a work permit or a study permit. I always fill it up anyway even though I'm already in Canada, in case they feel like giving me a new Visa which would be awesome. haha. But it's irrelevant.
