My parents have visitor visa and are currently staying with us in Canada. Their 6-month stay is completing on 7-June. We are trying to apply for an extension on the grounds of Naming ceremony and summer stay with family.
Could you please help us with below.
My parents have visitor visa and are currently staying with us in Canada. Their 6-month stay is completing on 7-June. We are trying to apply for an extension on the grounds of Naming ceremony and summer stay with family.
Could you please help us with below.
- In application we have a question : "How long are you planning to stay in Canada?" - Should we answer this considering the start date as June 7 or from the day they landed here?
- Do we require medical exam of Visa extension?
- Marriage certificate - In India marriage registration was not mandatory till 2006 and hence parents do not have any Marriage certificate. Will Passport copy mentioning the spouse name work? If not, Pls suggest what could be done.
