I was granted a multiple entry visitor visa to Canada and entered Canada from India on 17 th November 2018.Myself and my husband who is a PR holder of Canada visited Phillippines and returned to Canada on 10th of Jan 2019 . Does my 6 month validity of stay on a visitor visa get re calculated from the 10 th of Jan ?Can someone pleaseeee clarify ...

The six months starts from date of entry. So, if you left Canada and then returned on January 10, yes, it does.

If a CBSA officer stamped your passport with a date, or wrote a date in it, though, you have to leave by that date. Even if it's before six months.
