Visitor visa delay

I got respond within 6 days and now have my passport stamp for visitor visa. My sister applied on april 2 and still no respond. I guess they are still hungout from longweekend. Hope they will go back to work soon.

There should be no expectation that the applications follow the same timeline. Each application is evaluated individually.

If you applied online and were asked to submit a passport to the VAC: Please allow for 10-15 business days (this is additional to the visa processing time) for the visa to be issued and your passport returned.
