It now makes sense. There are two independent misrepresentation matters here.
a. First misrepresentation: The wife had independently misrepresented about her travel history. That's coming from those two fake entry stamps for Thailand and Malaysia.

2. Second misrepresentation: The OP himself had misrepresented about his 'business' which he no longer was associated with since nearly three years.

3. Not sure if there was misrepresentation evidence for the kids' schools. They did not attend school for three months.

4. This collectively explains why all applicants have been banned for misrepresentation

Guys went through the thread and the link above. Why didnt the visa officer notice the fake stamps during the visa processing and why was it cancelled later once they entered Canada. I mean how come the fake stamps thing came up again who noticed it

And now he's trying to get to Australia. At the very least, you gotta admire his persistence.

Whatever the real story is man, Canada ain't the end of the world! Good people make bad decisions, there's no point in a judicial review as they will not remove your ban but if you have the time and resources, you sure can try. Imo however, your better off moving on. Prepare your application by yourself for Australia, make sure to mention the story from Canada and hope for the best. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I was busy in my work and even could not be online...

I request all of the person here, please do not guess the stories.... If somebody want to know the real case, send me his email address. i will send all details. First of all, please let me know what I will get, to tell you all a fake story. Are you from IRCC or a Federal court judge who will remove my ban.... If I had really done the misrepresentations, I could simply accept here.

I posted my true story here to get the advice. My case have so many events, so it is complicated to explain and understand. The simple thing is Agent used fake stamps to show my wife travel history. I was PA and we got 5 years ban. The judicial review is not accepted. So we are enjoying our life in India.

But I want to answer some questions. Yes, it is the case judgement for my case. My lawyer had appealed two cases together , one is for exclusion order and other is for misrepresentation. That day , I was in court when the judge said, he will only listen one case that is for exclusion order because misrepresentation details were pending from IRCC. The route cause for exclusion order was misrepresentation. But judge had no details. so he dismissed our case.

From where you guess this point .. I am sorry but it is really hurting..

The motion for an order staying the removal of the Applicant pending the disposition of a judicial review application concerning the said removal is dismissed.
