Visitor Visa ATIP notes for minors : how to fill consent form

hi Folks,

i am looking to request ATIP notes for my niece's application , and need some information regarding this.

so in section 2 for applicant whose info should be entered here. My sister and niece had applied for visitor visa so technically both are applicants ? if in applicant section my niece information has to be filled then what to do with signature field here ?

in 2.1 and 2.2 - i am assuming this is where both of her parents will fill and sign ?

can you please confirm.
