My Husband is on working permit to Canada .. its been 8 Months now we tried to apply visitor visa for myself. It got rejected for 2 times .
Reasons ..:
1. Travel History
2. Family Ties in Canada and in country of residence
3. purpose of visit
4. personal assets and financial status
his contract is for just a year it will expire in April'19
we consulted various Visa Immigration center in town .. we did not get any correct response from any one ..
PLEASE suggest me , how can i apply visa to go Canada to accompany my husband..??!!!
1. what type of visa apply to me .? is it Visitor visa or can i apply for open work permit.?
shall i go through any agent.? or can i apply through online Canadian portal .
In which way i can get into Canada.?
what documents should i produce .?
should i apply purpose of visit in application form as Family visit / visit ?
