Went to canada on study permit in 2021
Extended study permit in 2023 but was not able to print trv i had come back to India in 2023 due to family emergency. Applied for trv from oustside canda at that time visa was refused.

Its so annoying that webforms have no respnse either. what is the point of putting the timeline when they can not honour it
I don't think IRCC promised any timeline guarantee.
As per their website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html) it mentioned as below
This processing time tells you how long it took us to process most complete applications in the past.
Me and my wife, applied from Malaysia
When we submitted application the processing time was 39 days, last week was 29 days and today I checked, its 27 days.
Most of the PPR requests comes in 3rd or 4th week in Malaysia and some on 37th and 39th day as well. Same goes for rejections, no specific patterns but it could be any day or any date.
Here are the details

BIL Letter issued for Wife: 16th May 2025
Biometrics Submitted: 19th May 2025
Biometrics Completed: 22nd May 2025
BIL Letter issued for Husband: 23rd May 2025
Biometrics Submitted: 26th May 2025
Biometrics Completed: 26th May 2025
Current Status:
Based on the date I submitted my application (22 May), the 27 day timeline (as updated recently) suggests I should be receiving an update today (18 June). However, I have yet to receive any notification.
Therefore, I believe it's important for everyone to understand that our applications will likely be processed according to the timeline that was applicable during the week of our submission, not necessarily based on the latest updated timelines.
To everyone waiting, be patient and refer to the processing window that was communicated at the time of your submission. Updates may vary depending on operational backlog and procedural adjustments I believe.

nothing so far, when I applied last time in Feb, the decision was made within 3 weeks

Nothing yet. Except I got an email to do a voluntary survey about the process and ircc system. Which has nothing to do with my application.
