My Scenario: Landed 27 june2023 under HCCp as a caregiver accompnaied depended Spouse and 2 kids. Husband got Sowp. One child for study permit and young one for visitor record.
since i came canada i worked as caregiver and submitted my work experience in july2024. My all assesments are cleared. Only final decision is pending for my PR application.
My employed give me layoff in May 2025. I applied for BOWP in august 2025 and got authoriation letter under same condition of current work permit.
As i am Unemployed, and my daughter who is 3.5 years old. her visitor record is going to expire in 7jan2026.
i am about to apply her extension. What financial document i have to show to IRCC.
Questions- Spouse working full time. Can i show his paystubs and bank statement?
should i mention in cover letter that m unemployed and husband is working.?
No agent only m handling my all IRCC files.
