Applied 20th June for my parents in India
Biometrics completed :25 June.
Today, in tracker I see that eligibility is completed however background verification is still in progress.
I got a new message in the portal that is basically a biometrics validity letter.
When can I expect final decision?

Applied on 27th June 2025 for parents got update today, they approved my father's application but refused mother's application. Not sure what went wrong here it is so disappointing can anyone suggest anything for this ?

I think the officer now give letter with the reason, look for that document or you can request GCMS notes

What were reasons for refusal? What ties did she show to return in comparison to your father? Did your father have a different profile - job, travel history, funds in his name only etc.

Tracker was last updated on July 13th. Eligibility not started and background in progress.

Where did you apply from? Lived in other countries? Military/police background? Visa refusals from different countries?
