visitor visa application at the boarder

I just graduated from college and going to apply for PGWP at the Niagara falls boarder. I have a wife from philippines and she currently has a work permit visa that will expire on August, 2018.

We are planning to apply for my PGWP and my wife's visitor visa at the boarder at the same time if possible.

Anyone knows what documents she needs for her visitor visa?

and is it possible for her apply for work permit visa without me having a job?

You need to have a NOC A, B or 0 job in order for your wife to apply for an OWP. You'll need to submit payslips from your job for your OWP to be approved.
