On the 9th of October, I applied for a Visitor Visa for my parents (Through Old Portal). My mom being a primary applicant.
On December 2nd, my parents' application was approved.
My mom received her correspondence letter on November 30th, followed by a passport request on December 2nd.
My father yet to receive a correspondence letter and subsequently Passport request. (Final decision on my father’s application is “Your application was approved.”
I'd like to point out that I've already raised two webforms.
Question to all beautiful folks - Do you have any other suggestions besides raising a webform?
