I have come to canada fron uk to canada last year feb and i stayed in canada since i havent been in status since last year 2017 october. is there any way i can still exstend and im gonna be doing my sponsorship with my spouse this week. but i don't no ny status can i still do sponsorship inside canada .

No - there is no way to extend your status in Canada. You have been out of status in Canada for far too long.
Yes - you can still do spousal sponsorship inside of Canada without having status in Canada. Note that you will not qualify for the OWP pilot since you are out of status.
