I came to canada 3 months ago with my family. The immigration office which was in airport gave us a visitor record and They gave us permit to stay in canada 5 days more than our ticket to my country my family went back to my country and gave the immigration office the visitor record papers but i stayed in canada because i wanted to go to school here so I requested for extending my visa and I applied for my study permit for the 12th grade but my study permit got rejected and my lawyer told me that i must have 6 months visa to apply for a study permit in canada my extension request status is in process right now but i wanna get out of the country and come back to canada but I don’t wanna spend too much money so i wanna go out of the country and come back and i wanna go out of the canadas frontier which is in niagara and come back without going in America and my visit visa is valid for 5 years and it’s multiple so what will happen can you help me with that . And there is another thing i have and acceptance letter from a school which has DLI number that i can show to the immigration officers

IMO, you are risking being denied entry or even an exclusion order.
You were issued a visitor record when you arrived as the officer was not convinced you were a genuine short-stay visitor. Your study permit was then refused. When you attempt to re-enter, it will be considered as a new entry. IMO again, you should return to your home country and apply for a study permit from there
