My cousin visited from Mexico a few years ago and was give a visitors record with a stamp stating she needed to return to Border services. She completely forgot and boarded her flight. Now, she would like to come back to visit what problems may she have and is there anything that can be done?

Why was she told to report to border services?
Unless it's a drastic reason, she'll just probably be set aside for further questions when she tries to re-enter.
