Hello,
1. If a foreign national with a valid visitor record and expired TRV leaves Canada and re-enters Canada with a new TRV, does the person permitted to stay in Canada until the visitor record expires, or will a CBSA officer issue a new date upon entering?
2. Is a visitor record used to extend a visitor’s status, not study or work status? Is it different from a study/work permit extension?
3. does the expiry date of a study/work permit indicate the authorized period of stay?
Thank you!
