Does anyone know how to create the Visitor record for the spouse?
Scenario: I have a valid Visa and Work permit until July 2017. My wife got dependent Visa stamped until the duration of my Visa which is July 2017.
During Immigration, the officer told me the Medical records for her is not updated in the system hence a visitor record cannot be created at this point of time.
Doesn't mean she has to leave Canada in 6 months (6 months ending in 18th Dec) but a Visitor record needs to be created to avail the Health insurance and other benefits from Canada.
Anyone has an idea on how to update that? I called Immigration line but it seems busy all day long.
